"Fantastic location, close to the subway stations. There's a lot that you need for a comfortable stay. Clean bed linen, two hair dryers, and two mirrors in the bathroom. The sofa is quite comfortable sleep on. There's enough sockets for charging stuff."

"The bathroom is just super tiny.There is a very large gap in the bathroom door, so it does not close tightly. The doors inside the apartment have no stoppers, so they keep sliding and closing whenever you touch them. We had trouble getting into the building since in the access instructions, it isn't specified that you have to unlock two different doors to get into the building. BA862/403A BA 862 is the code for the first door to enter the building. BA 403A is the second code for the door inside the building."

"There were 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child/12 years old) and we stayed for 3 nights. -the area: Place de la République, Gare de l'Est, Marais district and Canal St. Martin with cool shops around are all within walking distance -the neighborhood: a metro station (Goncourt), several restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries are just a 2-minute walk away -the apartment: convenient self check-in/out so you don't have to wait for your host. It's very cozy and has a chic design. There are two rooms with 1 comfortable double bed and a sofa bed and a small bathroom with a shower and sliding-doors. The kitchenette had everything we needed (among other things) to prepare our own breakfast: a fridge, a nespresso-coffee machine and a stove. And even though it's in a busy area, it was quiet. -the host: was available for urgent questions, helpful and very friendly In conclusion, we are absolutely satisfied with the apartment and can really recommend it."

"Though a very small space, it is really well designed. Good quality furnishings and finishes. Quite a cool, chic feel to it. Great neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants, boulangeries, etc, and a nice, not-frenetic vibe."

"There are 3 coded doors to get in, which was a bit complicated at first but not really a problem (unless you arrive at the building with an urgent need to pee!) We had a couple of technical glitches -- e.g., the lightswitch for the stairwell was erratic and the induction burner is non-intuitive so we needed to be walked through it by the owner. There is nothing set up to facilitate recycling versus dumping everything in the garbage."
